On Friday, Blumenau civil police arrested a couple who are members of one of the country’s largest criminal organizations (9). The criminals under investigation planned and ordered several criminal activities in the state of Pará.
The arrest was made in the Itupawa Norte area by police officers from the DIC (Department of Criminal Investigations) Blumenau, with the support of the Intelligence Directorate of the Civil Police of Santa Catarina and Pará.
The spouses are recognized as organizers of criminal acts
According to the Civil Police of Pará, the couple planned and ordered several criminal activities in the state, including attacks on public security agents in Pará.
When approached by police on Friday (8), the man produced a fake CNH (National Driver’s License) and a fake ID (General Registration Card).
The corporation also confirmed that he had a birth certificate, work card, voter ID, reservist ID, SUS card and bank cards in the name of a third party.
The couple was taken to DIC headquarters and, in addition to being served with arrest warrants, the man was charged with using a forged official document.
After completion of the procedure, the prisoners were taken to the regional prison Blumenau, where they will be handed over to the judicial authorities.
