Schaefer Yachts and Grupo N1 have announced a new property project for Meia Praia in Itapema: N1 Supremacy by Schaefer Yachts. The building, which will be located on Avenida Nereu Ramos, between streets 230 and 232, promises to become a “landmark of the urban landscape.”

Specific details of the new building’s structure have not yet been disclosed, but the companies say it will feature spaces dedicated to culture, relaxation and comfort. This should be reflected in spacious apartments and state-of-the-art amenities.

The building will have a privileged view of the Itapema sea.

N1 Supremacy from Schaefer Yachts will have privileged views of the Itapema Sea and luxury residences. The yacht manufacturer, with 31 years of experience in the market, will apply elements of “high quality and technology” to the new property project.

Group N1, in turn, occupies a prominent place in city buildings. There are four buildings with the construction company’s logo, eight pre-launches and an upcoming launch.

Itapema currently ranks as the second most expensive square meter in Brazil and is one of the municipalities promising a real estate boom in the coming years. It has already attracted the attention of several celebrities, including Neymar’s father.
