A building inspired by the skyscrapers of Qatar will arrive in Itapema in just a week: the luxury Doha Tower, apartments with prices starting from R$3.5 million. The complex promises to become a real “city” inside a residential building.
In addition to modern living quarters, the building has attractions worthy of a major investment: a bowling alley, pubs, a nightclub, a gym, a swimming pool, courts and even a shisha lounge, among other amenities. Delivery is scheduled for December 9.
The Doha building offers both apartments and penthouses
There will be 42 apartments and 19 recreational spaces across 28 floors, divided into two different floors: one inside the building and the other on the roof.
The residences are divided into 40 apartments of 182 m² with four suites, exquisite balconies and three to four parking spaces with charging for electric vehicles, as well as two penthouses of 360 m², combining the same advantages.
The entertainment complex on the sixth floor of the building features multi-use sports courts, indoor entertainment facilities such as bowling and video games, a heated swimming pool, adult and children’s pools, a spa, a children’s area and a pool bar.
On the roof, on the 28th floor, there will be a Sky Lounge Bar, a nightclub, a hookah lounge, a fireplace room and an observatory with three telescopes, which the construction company says are modern.
Seger has been in the market for 12 years and has built six projects with another seven underway, most of them in Itapema. However, the real estate company also has approved projects in Porto Belo and is considering expanding its portfolio to more municipalities.
