The suspect in the murder of 34-year-old Danielle Tilles was arrested by civilian police last Thursday (19). The victim’s body was found in a state of advanced decomposition on July 24 this year in a vacant lot in Blumenau, in the Itajaí Valley.

Employees of the city police department established that the perpetrator of the crime was the victim’s husband.
Danielle’s body was found partially buried by anti-dengue agents along José Bonifacio Street in Itupawazinha district.
According to the corporation, the cause of death was not determined in the body report, but suspicious changes were found in her body, indicating that they were due to aggression.
The woman was identified two months after her location, on September 28, based on a dental examination and imaging studies submitted by the family.
The main suspect was the victim’s husband.
The investigation revealed that Danielle was killed by her husband, both homeless, after he suspected that his partner might have implicated him as one of the perpetrators of the murder of 35-year-old Joel Robson Goll, as she had already implicated another man. in crime.
Joel’s body was discovered in a sewer pipe on January 26 this year on Frederico Jensen Street, Itupawazinha. According to investigators, he was killed by stab wounds. Daniel and Joel were married and had one child.

According to civilian police, Danielle even forwarded audio messages to family members because she felt she was at risk with the suspect.
It was also determined that the victim was killed in a different location than where he was found. Following the crime, her husband and the main suspect disappeared from the Itupawazinya area.
Temporarily arrested
Based on the information collected, it was a question of temporary arrest of the suspect, who received a positive opinion from the MPSC (Ministry of State of Santa Catarina) and was given a court order for a period of 30 days.
The arrest of the victim’s husband took place last Thursday (19) after numerous efforts by DIC agents who found and arrested him on Rua Verreador Romario Conceição Badia, in the Itupava Norte area.
He was taken to DIC headquarters and interrogated, and shortly thereafter transferred to Blumenau Regional Prison, where he remains in the custody of the Ministry of Justice.
The suspect will be charged with qualified murder and concealment of a corpse. The police investigation must be completed and submitted to the court system within 30 days.
Civilian police also said that the investigation into the murder of Joel, Danielle’s ex-partner, is still ongoing in order to identify other culprits in the crime.
