Danimar Rodrigues de Oliveira, 32, was reported missing after he was last seen on August 3 in Palos, Greater Florianopolis. The family told police that witnesses saw the man being forced into the car.

Danimar Rodriguez, born in the municipality of Sira, in the west of Santa Catarina, could be seen accompanied. The family told police that the men were observed allegedly forcibly placing the victim in the trunk of a black car.

To date, the SOS Desaparecidos teams from the PMSC (Military Police of Santa Catarina) have not confirmed whether the case is being investigated as a kidnapping. When contacted, the civilian police did not respond regarding this case.
