Utrera local police agents, in cooperation with the Civil Guard, arrested two men as alleged perpetrators of the abuse of two minors, followed by an escape.

The events, according to the Utrera city council, took place in the early morning of October 2, when agents received around 1:10 am. numerous reports of abuse of two minors, presenting one of them with numerous fractures and severe injuries. The event was held on one of the main avenues of Utrera, where most of the nightclubs and restaurants for young people are concentrated.

Local police officers from Utrera arrived on the scene, helped the victims and launched an investigation into the whereabouts of the alleged perpetrator, who fled the scene without helping the victims. From these first investigations, it could be established that the vehicle used was a dark vehicle, as well as its make and model.

Agents from the Utrera Investigation Area joined the investigations launched by the Utrera Local Police, which together opened up numerous opportunities for investigation, among which various images were viewed.

As a result of these investigations, local police officers from Los Palacios de Villafranca reported a vehicle of the same make and model to a person involved in the events. After its discovery, it was possible to verify that the specified driver had parked the car on a village site, hidden from the eyes of neighbors and passers-by.

After registering with the owner of the site, as well as working out various expert opinions with the vehicle, it was established that this vehicle was involved in a collision with young women.

From the reconstruction of the crash, Utrera local police agents were able to determine how the car had driven into the roundabout on the avenue at about 93 km/h at the time of the impact, and that the car was driven by JIGM, 25, resident of Los Palacios de Villafranca, Proceeding on his arrest on the 7th as allegedly guilty of the offenses of reckless driving, two offenses of injury due to serious recklessness, and another offense of leaving the scene of an accident.

Along with the driver, the co-pilot who accompanied the man in question, IALA, 23, was arrested as an alleged accomplice in the events.
