Madrid City Council firefighters put out a fire this Saturday that affected the WiZink Center’s loudspeaker and screen, an event that forced the evacuation of those who were present on the last day of Madrid’s Oktoberfest, according to Madrid’s emergency services. Europe Press.

The event took place around 22:15, when emergency services received a message about a fire that partially damaged the speaker and the screen located on the roof of the case.

The municipal police of Madrid and the firefighters of the Madrid City Council moved to the scene and, upon arrival, completed the firefighting that had already been started by the stadium workers.

In addition, Samur-Goszashchita provided assistance to two workers who received light smoke poisoning. Both were discharged on the spot.
