The TJSC (Court of Santa Catarina), through the “PJSC Mais Social” program, has donated more than 2.081 million reais to 18 projects of 16 organizations in Santa Catarina that carry out social actions in the fields of security, education and health. According to TJSC President Judge Joao Enrique Blasi, PJSC Mais Social has already covered 62 of the 112 districts that exist in the state. On this occasion, he emphasizes the importance of this initiative.

“This is one of the most important programs of the judiciary, which, in addition to its institutional mission of administering justice, receiving, reviewing and reviewing thousands and thousands of cases, also has a social responsibility,” he emphasizes.

In a public announcement launched in April, 33 entities were registered and submitted 41 social projects to the judges who make up the Governance Council. The social projects included in the program cover the state and regional levels.

Among those planned this year is Fahece (Fundação de Apoio ao Hemosc/Cepon), which serves Santa Catarina residents from all regions of the state. Within the framework of the project worth 91.2 thousand reais, the technological equipment in the assembly hall of the Foundation will be updated.

The goal is to make knowledge accessible in a democratic way, providing access without the need for students to travel to reach the entire state.

“The action of TA is fundamental in strengthening various social initiatives that play an important role in the state. With regard to Fahece, it will extend the knowledge gained over more than 28 years of running Hemosc, Cepon and, most recently, Samu in Santa Catarina, spreading knowledge through health courses. management to improve professionals,” said Michel Skaff, chairman of the foundation.
