The body of Araquari Volunteer Fire Commander Leandro Rodriguez was found on Tuesday morning (30) in Guaramirim, north of Santa Catarina. The information was confirmed by firefighters of two cities.

According to the Guaramirim corporation, Leandro’s body was found around 10:30 a.m. at a plant under construction on the Itapoca River in the Guamiranga area. Also, according to firefighters, the commander was conducting a private training session with the company and was found inside a pipeline under construction at the site.

The rescue was carried out by the city’s volunteer firefighters and the body was sent to the IML (Medical Institute of Law) Jaragua do Sul.
