The arrest warrant issued for this man was for attempted murder.
According to Blumenau police lieutenant Luis Miguel, the boy had at least 32 incidents with the police, including four murders, threats, robberies, possession of restricted firearms and others. “He had several and extensive convictions, an extremely dangerous person, armed, with an extensive history of violent crimes, serious crimes,” he said.
The officer also explained how the shooting took place. “We had information about a man with a valid arrest warrant. We arrived at the place, the garrison saw him near the house and all the time asked to file for the approach of the police, but he went inside the residence and through the door the police saw that he was armed. He fired at the garrison, the shot went even near the policeman, and because of this unfair aggression, the garrison was forced to use progressive use of force, this man was shot and he eventually died.
The Prime Minister even called Sam, but when the ambulance arrived, the man was already dead.
The man’s mother, M.S., with whom he lived for four months, said that her son was not armed. “He didn’t have a gun at home, I never saw him at home with a gun. The police said he reacted, but he didn’t. They said he shot at the police, but he didn’t because he didn’t have a gun. The policemen killed him in the house, but he did nothing.”
