A case of harassment erupted on social media. A 23-year-old man masturbated and ejaculated on the legs of a young woman who is studying at Unipampa (Federal University of Pampa) in Rio Grande do Sul, on the Baga campus, this Thursday (23).

In a video circulating on social networks, recorded by a student, she asks the stalker about what kind of dirt she has on her pants. He replies by saying it was urine and apologizes, however the student asks again and shows her pants stained with cum.

According to the Expresso Pampa portal, the student stated that she was wearing headphones and using a mobile phone, so she did not notice the man’s actions. As she got up to get off at the Unipampa bus terminus, another passenger warned her about dirt on her pants.

After the video of the complaint was posted, the victim also filed a complaint with the police.

Report BUT+ contacted DEAM (Delegation Specializing in Assistance to Women) in the municipality of Baga to speak with the delegate in charge of the case, Daniela Barbosa de Borba, who stated that a complaint had been filed and the case was being investigated.

Students demonstrate at the university

To draw attention to the lack of security at the university bus stop, the students plan to play two tricks. According to them, this place is poorly lit and “often empty, in such a situation you have to walk at least 500 meters to ask for help.”

According to Unipampa Literature student Natalia Lliovett, some people who knew about the case came to the stalker’s house and allegedly attacked him, but the man’s family said he had psychological problems.

According to Natalia, the students will hold two mobilizations to discuss measures that can increase the safety of the entire academic community, which needs to use public transport services on a daily basis, and, above all, create a network of solidarity with the victim of what happened. .

“We must position ourselves at such moments so that no other woman is at the mercy of such violence,” Natalia emphasizes.

The first demonstration will take place this Friday (24) at 16:00 and the second on Monday (27) at 18:00, both in the Unipampa lobby.
