From 17 to 23 April, Milan will once again be the protagonist of the international design scene with the return Design Week He was born in Fuorisalone. Prada Foundation Observatory

Pac Contemporary Art Pavilion
PAC is a public contemporary art space in Milan, a place open to all to experience and share modern culture through art. Its history begins in 1947, when the municipality of Milan, looking for a new location for the 20th century Civiche Raccolte collections, discovered the former stables of Villa Reale, destroyed by the 1943 bombings. Villa Reale had already been the seat of the Gallery of Modern Art (GAM) since 1921, but there was not enough space to house the latest art and, in the future, a potentially growing modern art museum. Thus, in 1954, a new space was opened to house the 20th century collections. Housed in a historic Milanese building overlooking the gardens of Via Palestro, Corso Venezia 52, the Art Museum of the Luigi Rovati Foundation is a magical place surrounded by a green space of 1200 m2. On the occasion of Art Week, an exhibition of the London-based artist and designer will be presented Marianne Kennedy by name Hortus Alchemicus. Conceived for the spaces of the Garden Art Pavilion, the exhibition presents six bronze mirrors with floral ornaments inspired by the gardens of Villa Buonaccorsi in the Marche region. Situated on the hill of Montesanto, near the historic center of Potenza Picena, the villa and its gardens are a fine example of an 18th century country house. The garden, divided into five terraces, contains rare plants, fountains, water features, obelisks and various stone figures inspired by Commedia dell’arte.
