Over the past three months, the company has launched a repopulation plan in Colombia, Peru and Honduras. As part of this plan, on the one hand, more than 5,500 trees have been planted in collaboration with several local NGOs. IN CO2 revolution in Honduras, in collaboration with Fundación Terra, is participating in the EcoTerra program with the Smart Seed project, an innovative initiative aimed at rethinking the way forests are regenerated in this country. There, CO2 Revolution implements its “Made in Spain” model of developing smart seeds, using innovative biotechnological methods and adding additives that improve germination. In addition, the project involves manual and unmanned sowing of 60 ha with intelligent seeds of pine, oak, liquidambar and macuelizo in the central zone of the country (Leonesa, El Hatillo, Carpinteros and Comayagua) and in the southern zone (San José de la Landa in Choluteca).

Finally, in Peru, CO2 Revolution is partnering with Living Earth, an NGO dedicated to protecting Mother Earth and sustainable development, on a repopulation project in the community of Macacaca in Huaraz, Peru.
