While the Itajaí candidates were on their way again, one of the names that will represent the AMFRI region in the Legislative Assembly for the next four years belongs to Balneario Camboriu.

The deputy in the last elections, Carlos Humberto Silva (PL), served for 60 days during the leave of deputy Nilsso Berland.

In 2022 he was elected with 46,445 votes businessman and current deputy mayor of Balneario Camboriu shows support for President Jair Bolsonaro and cites the strength of the PL bench in Florianopolis and Brasilia.

“Our president, Jair Bolsonaro, created the largest bench with 11 MPs from the PL and 6 MPs from the federal chamber in the chamber, showing what Brazil wants.”

With votes in the main cities of the region, Carlos Umberto assured the convoy that he knew the needs of mainly Itajaí, the largest city on the north coast.

Promising to work in harmony with the mayor’s office and city council, he is making health a priority, expanding care at the Pequeno-Anho Children’s Hospital and pushing for a new extension to the Marieta Konder Bornhausen Hospital to be commissioned.

He is optimistic about the construction of an underwater tunnel that will connect Itajai to Navegantes and touches a sensitive point.

Concluding the conversation, the elected MP thanked him for the expressive vote he gave in the AMFRI cities, and, let’s face it, he did it.
