According to local police, it is believed that the owner of the dogs did not try to control them at the time of the incident and fled the scene. Therefore, the law enforcement agency asks him to come forward or other people to help identify the guardian.
The owner is described as a man between 30 and 40 years old. At the time of the attack he was wearing a long green coat and light green army trousers. According to the Daily Mail, this is the latest dog attack in the region.
The boy’s health condition is not specified.
Another case of attack
A recently adopted dog attacked its owner in a backyard in Brisley, Norfolk. The 60-year-old victim was heard screaming as police rushed to the house and helped free her from the brutal attack.
The dog escaped and ran freely through the streets until it was found in the parking lot of Brisley Church of England Primary Academy.
