The entry was published on the profile of “Expedição Caatinga”, on Instagram, as well as on the channel in YouTube, which bears the same name. In the images, biologist Aldemir Oliver recounts the unprecedented feat of a fox, a wild dog, catching a rattlesnake. This type of relationship has never been observed in nature.
In fact, as far as we know, a wild dog is not immune to the venom of a rattlesnake. However, he went there, arrived suddenly and caught the snake. Check it out below:
“When I first saw this video, I couldn’t believe it. Incredibly not a rattlesnake, but an emerging animal. I don’t think there is a record of this animal doing this to a rattlesnake. And he is not immune from anything, at least as far as I know, ”says the biologist before the appearance of a wild dog.
The fox—or wild dog—appears out of nowhere, comes out of the woods, and delivers a sure blow to the rattlesnake. Novelty is what attracts the attention of a biologist.
“That’s why this record is sensational,” Aldemir concluded.
