Today he shares how he went through this process and achieved management results that should still have a strong impact on his brand.
“Laboratories provide numbers that are important indicators of people’s health, and in this sensitive area, personalized service is essential,” Theiss says.

This was the case in the case of the Blue Laboratory project, which he developed in parallel. At the beginning of 2021, when a pharmacist connected with colleagues in the field through social networks to exchange information with the aim of improving management in the clinical analysis sector. According to Njander Theiss, it is necessary to work on the overall improvement of laboratories, since health must continue to be an important requirement. “It’s another matter that during the pandemic, laboratories were forced to expand, and now, with increased immunity and reduced demand for examinations, it is necessary to know how to manage this situation,” emphasizes the pharmacist and entrepreneur.
Growing and promising brand
Based in Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, LabVital has been on the market for 16 years. It has collection points in Palos, downtown Florianopolis and Aguas Mornas. In 2022, Theiss intends to invest in other areas of healthcare by opening another location in Santo Amaro, this time with a more holistic view of health.
