The short film by Pedro Almodovar is the director’s answer to Brokeback Mountain.

director Pedro Almodovarone of the most influential names in the cinematic world, has just released trailer of his new short film, in which Pedro Pascal This Ethan Hawke like the main characters. Strange way of life (Strange way of lifeloosely translated) is a short film that serves as a kind of “answer” to Brokeback mountainmovie by Ang Lee starring Jake Gyllenhaal This Heath Ledgerin 2006 year.

WITH 30 minutes the long, short film was filmed in Spain and is a western that will accompany Hawk and Pascal like a pair of middle-aged shooters who are reunited after 25 years. Check out the trailer below:

But what is the film’s relationship to Broken mountain? Before Ang Lee took on the project, Almodóvar had the opportunity to direct the film, but ended up turning down the invitation. And now he has created this, his version of the story that he would like to film.
