A new ranking of cities with the most expensive m² in the country, compiled by FipeZap+, combined Balneario Camboriu on the north coast of Santa Catarina as the most expensive Brazilian city to buy real estate, data for September this year.
According to FipeZAP+, a square meter costs an average of R$10,741, the highest among the 50 cities surveyed. The average cost per square meter built in the country is R$8,214.
