CasaPronta Criciúma reaches its 19th edition, promising to present news and releases from the construction, decoration and furniture sector. The fair takes place from 19 to 23 October at the José Ijaira Conti Exhibition Pavilion, the traditional venue for the event.

This year, Construtora Locks is launching the Novo Horizonte retail and residential complex, one of the company’s largest construction projects, as part of CasaPronta. The complex will combine the concepts of living, commerce, relaxation and contact with nature, providing a contemplative space with wi-fi, a square and an orchard. A distinctive feature of this area is also the ease of movement and proximity to shopping centers, hypermarkets and a variety of shopping centers. The first construction work has already begun in the Presidente Vargas area, on the border of Icarus and Crisium.

The complex will have 490 apartments distributed in seven towers, indoor and outdoor parking spaces, a deposit option associated with a garage room, two elevators to ensure the movement of residents, a lobby and an external hall. Each block will have two bedrooms, one suite, a living room with a combined kitchen and living room, BWC (bathroom with shower), split air conditioning and a balcony with a charcoal barbecue. The project harmoniously distributes each room, promoting internal circulation.

At the front of the project, the complete seven-room infrastructure will have facades for the SC-445 highway emphasizing the breadth of spaces, with two-level rooms, storage rooms and ample parking at the entrance, as well as places for loading and unloading in the back. . The rooms will have between 270.21 and 335.72 square meters of private space. The commercial spaces will have façades that accentuate the interior, highlighting the shops and each space.

For residents, the construction company will provide common spaces such as a playground, games room, charcoal barbecue kiosks, pool deck, sports court, gym, game room and party room in each tower. The novelties of this complex are a contemplative space with wi-fi, a central square, a place for pets with an agility space (equipment that helps in the learning process is a must for those who want to train their puppy and make it more obedient) and an orchard, one of the few developments in the region with this type of space.

The commercial and residential complex “Novo Horizonte” will be built in stages, with the first stages of construction being commercial premises, towers A, B, C, recreation areas and the central square.
