The average price of regular gasoline can vary up to 1.15 reais at petrol stations in Santa Catarina. The data appears in a survey conducted between August 21 and 27 by the ANP (National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency).
A total of 248 outlets were surveyed in 21 municipalities of Santa Catarina and the state average price was set at R$5.30.
However, fuel can be found at R$4.64, the lowest price in Santa Catarina, and R$5.79, the highest price in the state. That is, the price of gasoline can vary up to 1.15 reais at gas stations in the state.
Among the municipalities of Santa Catarina, Jaragua do Sul has the lowest average price for regular gasoline, set at R$ 4.87. The survey was conducted at 11 gas stations in the city.
Also, according to the ANP survey, the municipality of Cásador has the highest average price for regular gasoline at 5.72 reais.

In Brazil, the state with the highest price for regular gasoline is Acre, where the average fuel price is R$5.79. The state with the lowest value is Amapa, where the average price of gasoline is R$4.84.
