One of the last lots near the central beach of Balneario Camboriu, on the north coast of Santa Catarina, is up for auction for 3 million reais. The plot of 462 m² is located on 2200 Street, just behind Atlantic Avenue, 100 meters from the beach.

However, it is possible to “make a half”, since the area is divided into two lots of 1.5 million reais each. The auction is sanctioned by the court with foreclosure on the pledged property.

Bets starting from the starting millionaire values ​​can be placed on the Grandes Auctions website. If the land is not sold at the first auction, a second auction is scheduled until a millionaire buyer is found.

Balneario Camboriú tops property valuation rankings

Balneario Camboriú is at the top of the rankings of the average price per square meter according to the latest FipeZap index survey, valued at 10.2 thousand reais, up 22.88% from last year, followed by “Brazilian Dubai”. Sao Paulo with 9.9 thousand reais m² and Rio de Janeiro with 9.7 thousand reais.

A recent study from July 2022 found that out of the 50 cities analyzed, 45 saw property value growth exceed inflation, with an average increase of 5.97%.
