Analysis by business sector

In industry, 2,500 official jobs (0.3%) were created in March this year. In the analysis of the last 12 months, the Core saw an increase of 4.6%, the lowest among the sectors studied.

Retail created 651 jobs, up 0.1% in March and up 6.5% y-o-y. According to the analysis, several segments showed a contraction in the sector this month, but what caused the sector to maintain a positive balance was wholesale hiring.

In March, the decline in the formal labor market was observed only in the agribusiness sector (-3.8%). About 1800 vacancies were no longer offered. “The end of the apple harvest hit the negative balance sheet with a loss of 1,500 bonds.” Over a 12-month period, the growth rate is 3.2%.
