A night that should have been marked by Christmas magic ended up being an unfortunate episode for a family from São João Bautista, in Greater Florianópolis.

When visiting the nativity scene installed in the town square last Sunday (17), residents were faced with an embarrassing situation: two people, in an intimate moment, found themselves in front of a scenery depicting the birth of Jesus.

The family was accompanied by children playing in the square and was shocked by the lack of respect and consideration for the public environment, especially during the Christmas season.

The lewd scene occurred as the family tried to capture the festive moment by taking photographs of the structure. Noticing the couple’s inappropriate behavior, embarrassed residents decided to leave the area to protect the children.

Some people who witnessed this scene also expressed their dissatisfaction. Some homeless people, faced with family reactions, left the area. Others expressed their dissatisfaction, even threatening to puncture the ball the children were playing with.

The footage recorded by the family does not show obscene scenes, but one can hear murmurs and notice confusion in the surroundings.

It is worth recalling that in Brazil, according to the Court, if a person is caught, the perpetrators can be prosecuted for committing an indecent act in public places (Article 233 of the Criminal Code) and are subject to imprisonment.
