The City Hall of Florianópolis spoke in detail on Tuesday (12) about the Floripa Regular package of measures. In order to promote land regularization, the program includes important actions to create adequate infrastructure and services for families.
More than 21 thousand families will receive assistance under Meu Bairro Regular, including 5 thousand in English, 7 thousand in Rio Vermelho and 9 thousand in Campeche.
The program aims to raise more than 300 million reais to improve macro- and micro-drainage, road surfaces and infrastructure in the areas.
“We are promoting regularization in these places in collaboration with Celesc, Casan and other organizations. From now on, we will only strengthen regularization in Florianópolis,” explained Mayor Topasio Neto.
The cost of regularization, depending on the location and size of the land, varies from 30 to 35 reais per square meter. Owners have 180 days to join the program, with the option to pay in installments for up to 120 months and a 20% cash discount, and can complete the entire process online.
Floripa Regular accredits the first companies
The event also marked the accreditation of the first 11 land regularization companies in Florianópolis. The goal is to reduce fraud and fraud, improve the speed of service delivery and promote smooth functioning of the market.
Minha Rua Regular has treated the first 70 streets, with hopes of regulating a thousand more streets by next year. Thanks to the new Master Plan, more than a thousand streets are now officially recognized as part of the municipality’s road system.
New meetings are planned in locations served by Meu Bairro Regular, which will provide the community with the opportunity to learn more about projects and values. For more information and to join the program, visit the official Floripa Regular website.
