Military firefighters and rescuers from Balneario Pizarras, north coast of Santa Catarina, are searching for a 22-year-old man who works as a construction worker and has been missing at sea since late afternoon last Sunday (10).
According to eyewitnesses, the man entered the sea approximately 470 meters from the nearest rescue post, in a place unguarded by the service, and was with a dog, the location of which was not determined by firefighters.
Firefighters have been searching for the boy since this Monday (11) in the area where he went missing on a jet ski snapper, but as of Tuesday morning (12) he has still not been found.
The victim works as a mason in Balneario Pizarras.
However, according to firefighters, the company initially believed that it was a homeless person, but the military rescue team that coordinates Pizarras Beach was contacted by civilians who came from the northeast and work in the city in civil construction.
The men said their friend was missing and that he was on the beach at the same time he disappeared.
According to the rescue team, the victim was with a dog and was walking along the beach to the sea and back. He was near Molhe, about 470 meters away, when the victim went out to sea with his dog and was unable to return.
