Porto Belo, designed in anticipation of the next real estate boom in Santa Catarina, is due to receive an innovative structure in 2031: the Rolling Stone building. As the name suggests, this is a music building with a lot of technology.
The building will be the first in the world under the Rolling Stone brand, designed by Poti Junior’s, based in Itapema. Some of the resort’s attractions are party rooms, a theme pub, a recording studio, a swimming pool, a sauna and other amenities.
Living in a new building in Porto Belo can cost almost 2 million reais.
An apartment in the Rolling Stone Building costs at least R$940,000 for the cheapest option. Some reach amounts of 1.7 million reais. More than half of the building’s residences have already been reserved.
There are two categories of apartments: one with two apartments, the other with three apartments. In addition to the shared rooms, all rooms have a barbecue and a balcony.
One of the most advertised new products of Poti Junior’s is a recording and music rehearsal studio, which sets the brand apart. And right at the entrance to the building, residents will be greeted by a giant microphone.
The project is expected to be delivered in March 2031, with work starting in March 2025. There will be a total of 37 floors, 30 of which will be apartments only.
