The wife of Clemilson dos Santos Farias, a criminal known as “Tio Patiñas”, arrested in December 2022 and member of one of the largest criminal gangs in Brazil, Luciana Barbosa Farias attended the hearing at the building of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) in Brasília. For this reason, the ministry claims it had no control over who would attend the meeting.
On social networks, Luciana published a series of photos and videos taken in Brasilia. His visit included visits to the CNJ (National Council of Justice), the Chamber of Deputies and participation in meetings with politicians.
Luciana walks the corridors of Brasilia in the company of lawyer Camila Guimarães de Lima and her friend Janira Rocha, a former PSOL state deputy.
Janira, convicted in 2021 on suspicion of defrauding the salaries of Alerj advisers, is currently defending former federal MP Flordelis.
Dino’s reaction: “absurd”
On his Twitter account, Justice Minister Flavio Dino denied receiving Luciane at the hearing and said the charges were the result of “vile politics.”

What the Ministry of Justice says
In a statement, the Department of Justice and Public Safety clarified that it cannot predict who will attend the hearing. Check:
On March 16, the Secretariat of Legislative Affairs (SAL) responded to a request for an agenda from ANACRIM (National Association of Criminal Law) in the presence of several lawyers.
The citizen named in the brief request was not the person requesting the hearing, but rather an entity.
The presence of accompanying persons is the sole responsibility of the requesting organization and the lawyers representing themselves as its leaders.
Since this was not within the department’s remit, ANACRIM, which requested the agenda, was advised to request a meeting at the National Secretariat of Criminal Policy (Senappen). The agenda in Senappen and ANACRIM took place on May 2, when ANACRIM’s demands were presented.
There was no further progress on this topic.
With regard to the actions of the intelligence sector, it was impossible to determine the comrade’s situation in advance, since the person requesting the hearing was a lawyer’s organization, and not the citizen mentioned in the request for the note.

At the meeting held on March 16, Ms. Yanira Rocha was accompanied by Ms. Ana Lucia, mother of the young Lucas Vinicius, who died in 2022; Luana Lima, mother of Lara Maria Nascimento, who died in 2022; and Luciana Farias from the state of Amazonas.
During the hearing, I heard demands from mothers Ana Lucia and Luana Lima to expedite the investigation into the deaths of their children.

I have a long parliamentary and political career, always with a mark of seriousness, and I helped lawyer Yanir Rocha and his comrades because I knew the aforementioned professional and wants to talk about murder victims.
