Felipe’s family and friends accuse firefighters of negligence in rescuing the teenager. The search began on Sunday when the boy decided to go for a swim and disappeared into the sea.

Although a task force has been searching for the boy for the last three days, family members say the efforts are not enough.

“There is a small team of firefighters on the beach today. [31], they arrived at almost 11 am. We are desperate,” says a person close to the teenager’s family.
