CCTV captured the exact moment a runaway truck broke into a house on Monday morning (30). The accident occurred at 10:42 am in the El Dorado area of ​​Chapeco, in the west of Santa Catarina.

The video shows the truck rolling out of control down a hill and crashing into walls and houses along the way. It is believed that the truck did not have brakes at the time of the accident. When the car hits the house, a wave of dust rises into the air and the security camera shakes.

According to eyewitnesses, the car was undergoing maintenance and its brakes failed at the time of the accident. The truck not only crashed into a house, but also into an electrical pole.

Troopers found the driver still inside the cab, uninjured, but reported being in severe pain. He was taken to a regional hospital.

There was no one in the house at the time of the incident. Selesk was called to check the electricity and a damaged pole.
