Spider-Man style

A fugitive who escaped through the roof of the Chester County Jail is considered dangerous. Authorities released a video of the escape that was as impressive as it was embarrassing for prison officials. “They’re dealing with a man who is desperate and doesn’t want to get caught,” Bivens warned this week. Authorities also cited the risk of men burgling homes and asked residents in the region to lock the doors of their cars and homes.

“It is clear that he has already received clothing and other unidentified items and we want to reduce the likelihood that he will receive anything else. It is important that we continue to put pressure on him while continuing the hunt,” said the lieutenant colonel.

“For the first time in nine years, I had to lock my front door when I went to work,” said Philadelphia resident Joe Delahunty. For security reasons, two districts in the region decided to close schools as of yesterday.

According to police, the fugitive is also wanted for a murder that occurred in Brazil. Justice and police have offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to his finding.
