The shelter found under the sand of Praia Brava, in Itajai, on the northern coast of Santa Catarina, has caused amazement in many people. Many wondered who built this place, what it is like inside and what is inside the room, called the “underground house”.
In a video released by the city’s municipal guard, one can understand the dynamics of the orphanage, which even had a door and kitchen utensils.
The images show that the person who “built” this place laid cement on the walls and wood on the ceiling to prevent the space from collapsing. The shelter was found by a bather who decided to report it, as the shelter was built in a recreation area.
On Sunday (3), the day of the incident, municipal security found a man near the shelter, who stated that he had nothing to do with the construction of the facility. The shelter will be demolished and peace restored.
