Sunday (3) was marked by violence in the north of the South Caucasus. An attempted murder and a bar fight that ended in two stab wounds were recorded in Joinville and Barra Velha, respectively.
The first case occurred at around 6:00 pm, when an 18-year-old man was shot and killed as he left his home on Avenida Jupiter in the Jardim Paraiso area.
According to the military police, two men on a bicycle fired at the victim, who was shot in the arm and leg.
Bar fight in Barra Velha
Around 11:00 p.m. this Sunday, Barra Velha volunteer firefighters were called to attend to two victims of stab wounds. The case was registered in the district of Itajuba, street Rua 1.003.
Firefighters found two injured at the scene. The stabbings could have been inflicted after a fight in a bar.
According to rescuers, one of the victims had a perforation of the abdominal cavity, was in a state of moderate health, but with significant blood loss.
About another victim, firefighters reported only that he was also stabbed in the stomach, resulting in a perforation.
The military police were called. There is no information about the motives of the fight and the author of the crime.
