In order to guarantee the fundamental right of society as a whole to receive information from public authorities, here is the factual report provided by the police officers who responded to the said incident:

The military police were called on the 190 emergency number to respond to a disturbance in a residential area late at night. Upon arrival, a couple of police officers noticed the loud noise and rumble referred to in the complaint, as well as the presence of several people in the courtyard of the house. Given the facts, the police stopped the car in front of the house, which allowed alarms to be sounded with a siren to call the owner and ask him to turn off the sound, given the complaints of neighbors. . The siren blew several times, but no one stepped forward. Faced with disobedience from the residents, the police got out of the car, walked to the front of the house and continued to call the residents, which was also ignored. It is noteworthy that the front door of the house was glass, because of which inside the house one could see the movement of people who knew about the presence of the military and clearly preferred to ignore us. So, the police went to the side window of the apartment building, which was open, and asked the person in charge of the party to introduce himself to the military.
