Offers to participate in the new land sale announcement through open tender, promoted by the Crisium government, can be submitted until next Tuesday (5). In total, 13 lots are available for applications, located in different parts of the city. Prior to the land auction, the municipal administration will hold public hearings in the neighborhoods to obtain permission from the community. Further, the residents themselves determine in which areas the resources of microdistricts will be invested.

Crisium City Hall Director of Cultural Heritage Henderson Chirimbelli Jassi states that “every piece of land, every amount collected, will be invested in the development of the districts. Either through infrastructure work, or something like that. They all have public hearings to say where the sums will be invested.”

To be accepted, offers must exceed the base value, and minimum bids will range from R$63,000 to R$420,000. Payment is possible in cash or in installments, up to 12 payments.

Envelopes will be received and opened at 9:00 am in the Logistics Directorate Tender Room located on the top floor of the Paso Marcos Rovaris Municipal Building. Public Notice No. 202/PMC/2023 is available on the Transparency Portal on the Crisium government website.
