A case of domestic violence was reported on Saturday evening (10) in Porto Uniao, on the northern plateau of Santa Catarina, after a man attacked his partner and threatened to kill her. The military police were called to respond to the incident around 20:30 in the city of Santa Cruz do Timbo.

According to the victim, while collecting her things to leave the scene, the man began to slap her, aggression, resulting in bruises on her face. In addition, he started cursing her and also cut the victim’s car tires.

While the woman activated the PM, the man threatened to kill her. “I will get out of prison, and you will not leave the cemetery,” he would say.

When police arrived at the scene, they did not find the man, as he had fled. However, in addition to a fake pistol and revolver, a shotgun without a clear number, reload boxes and a 5.5 mm air rifle were found in the house.

The prime minister filed a police report, escorted the victim and toured the area, but the suspect could not be found.
