New details about what happened when a 4-year-old was discharged from a kindergarten in Balneario Camboriu, on Santa Catarina’s north coast, make the case even more complicated. The rehabilitated director of the unit presented her version of what happened.

According to the director, last Thursday (11th) the administrator handed over control of the gate to the guard, and the intern took the children out of the classroom to hand over to the responsible persons at the exit.

“According to the trainee, the alleged sister of the student arrived and asked to call, when the child arrived at the post, I believe that the guard opened the exit for her and she went, but the sister did not wait, because. confused the person,” says the director.

A few minutes later, the real mother of the child came for her daughter, 300 meters from the kindergarten, the sister, who was in the car with her mother, saw the child on the sidewalk, lonely and crying.

“The mother went to the center to find out what happened, and whoever visited the mother was the trainee herself, the manager was in the center and was not informed about what happened. The trainee had to call the head of the center to talk to her mother,” the director reflects.

However, the main manager was informed about what happened the other day. The other day, the manager immediately came to the mother and father of the student, giving them the full reason, and explained that she did not know what had happened.

The mother of a 4-year-old girl reported that her daughter was released from the kindergarten where she studies, without the presence of a responsible person on the spot. The woman found the child alone, crying, almost 300 meters from the school. It happened last Thursday (11).

Through social media, the mother expressed her outrage at seeing her 4-year-old daughter alone, crying on the sidewalk.

“Yesterday around 5:40 pm I took my 4 year old daughter Rafaela to CAIC’s Nova Geração Kindergarten in British Columbia. While I was parking, my other daughter, 13-year-old Raisa, saw my 4-year-old daughter on the road, alone and crying.

She claims that she went to the school to find out what happened and that they did not know how the child left the school.

“The guard and the employee claim they did not see her leave. I did an operating room at a police station and I don’t know how a 4-year-old child drops out of school and ends up on a public road in complete danger, ”says the mother.

Fortunately, everything was fine with the girl, despite the fact that she was very scared and cried. The mother registered the case at the police station and is now waiting for answers.

What the Department of Education says

Balneario Camboriú Minister of Education Marcelo Acutti said that he learned about what happened on Friday (12) and immediately went to speak with the head of the unit to understand why the child was released without parents.

According to the secretary, the two children would have been born together at the gate. At the time, the two children were supposed to be from the same family, and so they were born together.

However, the 4-year-old girl was found alone, about 300 meters from the school, by her own mother and her 13-year-old older sister.

The head of the training unit was fired, and another specialist in charge of the exit gate, who was admitted on a temporary basis, was fired.

Marcelo argues that this action could never have happened and that it was a single fact. According to him, the secretary spoke with the parents of the children, apologized for what had happened and provided the necessary support.

The kindergarten also had two exits, and is now operating with only one exit, this time with automatic gates, to ensure greater safety for the children and control from the team.

On this fact, a police investigation was launched.
