The winning company must provide 245 armed guards who will work in shifts in 121 training departments of the Municipal Network. The measure was approved by the city council with additional credit provided.

Hiring includes 120 specialists for the morning shift (from 7:00 to 13:00), 120 people for the day shift (from 13:00 to 19:00) and 5 security guards for the night shift (from 18:00 to 24:00). ). The monthly cost estimate is 1.5 million reais and the initial contract will run for 12 months.

In addition to the labor force, the company must provide all the resources, materials and equipment necessary to provide services. The announcement was published in the Official Gazette of the Municipality.

The announcement also stipulates that guards must control and secure the entrances and exits of units, make rounds, identify people unfamiliar with the daily interaction of the unit, prevent unauthorized persons from entering, and take all precautions. and precautions to be taken when handling firearms.
