Clayton Ferrasso, 30, was surprised to receive an order this week in Maravilla, in western Santa Catarina. He bought a pack Whey Protein, protein food supplement, on an online platform, but instead of a product, he received a packet of pasok.

Ferrasso bought the goods on April 20 through the Amazon website, four days later, on Monday (24), the order arrived. He remembers being delighted with the delivery, but was surprised when he opened the package.

“This has never happened to me. I have been buying online for a long time, often, but the wrong product came for the first time. In a way, I was disappointed.”

After receiving a pot of apiary, Ferrasso tried to return the goods, but was not happy with this attempt. According to him, the policy of the company does not allow the return of food. He also stressed that he claimed to have been a victim of a scam but was unable to return the item.

“They (the scammers) took the product at almost the same price and sent it to me, but the amount in the pasok is much less than the amount spent on Whey Protein“, he emphasizes.

Since he was unable to return the item, the buyer said he would not waste the pasok. “I’ll love it,” he says. “The June festival is coming soon,” he adds, laughing at the situation.

In addition to trying to return the wrong product, the customer disputed the purchase with the bank, reporting fraud. “I filed an objection, sent prints about what happened, I reported it and they will also listen to the company. But they left the loan amount at the same amount I paid for the product. I hope that this purchase price will be canceled,” he emphasizes. He would also like the company responsible for the sale to be punished on the Amazon website so that other buyers are not scammed.

According to Ferrasso, he ended up not filing a police report or looking for Procon due to the low purchase price. “I thought it was funny because it was supposed to be a squirrel, but they sent a piss.” He remembers that food also has protein and that it will be useful.

He assessed the actions of scammers as sarcasm. Although he was happy to receive a pass instead of other items, as happened on other occasions. “I then thought, at least it’s not a brick,” he commented with a laugh.

Ferrasso also stated that he no longer intends to buy from the site. “I wouldn’t buy it, now it can no longer be trusted,” he says.
