A brawl between neighbors in Joinville, upstate, ended in death early this Sunday (23). The victim, identified as 40-year-old Reginaldo Pereira, was allegedly killed by his neighbor after being hit on the head with a piece of wood.
It happened on Guilherme Klein Street in the Aventureiro district. The victim’s brother informed the military police that he was parking his car when the author appeared in front of his house with a piece of wood in his hand.
At that moment, his brother went to check what was going on and was hit on the head with a piece of wood.
According to the suspect in the crime, he said that he was riding a bicycle down the street when the victim’s brother tried to crush him. The victim, Reginaldo, would be at the gate of his residence and, seeing the situation, would attack the suspect in the crime.
