With the identification of the video posted on the social network, investigative actions began. The joint action resulted in a search and seizure request made by the civilian police, authorized by the district judge, and executed by the military and civilian police.

Two simulacrums were found in the young man’s house: a 9 mm pistol and a 5.56 mm carbine. The items were replica firearms without any airsoft hazard.

The bulletin released by Peña’s military police also said that security forces across the state are vigilant and operating in a comprehensive manner, monitoring the Internet, social media, DeepWeb and other spaces for evidence of information, conversations and extremist groups. .

This operation is aimed at identifying and intercepting potential suspects before the actions actually take place, as well as bringing those involved to justice.

The prime minister also states that any evidence found, no matter how slight, will be dealt with by police action. The perpetrators can be prosecuted, including for the crime of terrorism, which is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 15 to 30 years.
