Two teenagers were sent to the police station for creating pages with promises of threats on social networks.
The corporation has enlisted the help of CyberGaeco prosecutors to identify, locate and guide the teenagers responsible for creating the profiles.
According to the civil police, on this Monday (03) teenagers were sent to the police station for creating pages on Instagram. The note says that the pages contained information that attacks would be carried out in Escola Básica Municipal Santo Antônio, which caused concern and panic in the city of Rodeo.
Investigation
The civilian police received the support of CyberGaeco in order to be able to accurately identify the data used to create threat accounts and find the teenagers responsible for the devices used to create the pages.
The first teenager involved was in the San Pedro Velho area and the second in the Río Belo area, both attending Santo António Municipal Basic School.
The corporation reported that the cell phones of the teenagers under investigation were confiscated and will be sent to the Main Institute of Expertise after the permission of the court to prepare an expert opinion to continue the investigation.

The corporation emphasized in a note that, according to what has been established so far, the creation of the pages containing threats “was only intended to spread panic and fear among schoolchildren and the community at large, and the respective authors were duly identified. “.
As regards the ammunition, according to the police investigation, it was thrown away, but no firearms were found during the inspection.
The civilian police said that the results of the investigation will be forwarded to the prosecutor’s office and the judiciary for appropriate action.
