This Friday, three men, aged 24, 27 and 28, were charged with robbing a political candidate’s election commission and a cafeteria (31). The crimes took place in the areas of Pio Correa and Vila Manaus last September in Crisium, in the south of Santa Catarina. According to police, the theft was aggravated by the use of firearms and “competition with people.”
In the area of Pio Correa, the suspects robbed the electoral commission with firearms, taking money and mobile phones. In Vila Manaus, the target was a diner, and the three men were also armed.
The two suspects were captured by the military police during their escape. Both prisoners were identified and charged.
The third managed to escape. However, after the investigation, his identity was established, and he was issued an indictment with a motion for arrest.
At the time of the crime, at least three mobile phones were found in the Vila Zuleima area, 8 km from the scene of the robbery.
