Volunteer firefighters and military police were called after a man was beaten on the head with chairs and sticks after a fight on a bocce court in Indayal, in the Itajai Valley. Everything would have happened around 18 pm this Thursday (30).

The 24-year-old man received help from the Indial Volunteer Fire Department and was taken to Beatrice Ramos Hospital in serious condition. The victim was suspected of having a traumatic brain injury.
According to the prime minister (military police), who arrived quickly after the riot, the man was lying with injuries to his head, face, arms and chest. The police, who looked conscious, he could not tell who attacked him.
Broken chairs, pointed pieces of wood, and traces of blood on the floor and walls were found outside the establishment. According to police, the confusion ended and the attackers left the scene before help arrived.
A police officer found a mobile phone nearby and a small amount of a marijuana-like substance in a fanny pack believed to be the victim’s property. The items were seized and indicated in the police report, which recorded this fact.
A round was made to locate the attackers, but no one was found, according to the military police. The case was referred to the Civil Police for investigation.
