A worker died after falling into a ditch while accessing a co-op bunker on SC-452 in Monte Carlo, Santa Catarina’s Midwest. An accident at work was recorded this Thursday morning (23). The military fire brigade was called to help.
According to firefighters, other employees reported the presence of gas at the scene. The rescuer was equipped with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and PPE (Respiratory Protective Equipment) and gained access to the casualty.
When he reached ground level, he discovered the absence of signs. The crew placed the victim on a rigid stretcher and immediately started compressions, offering oxygen until he recovered his symptoms.
After installing an automatic external defibrillator, the man was taken to the hospital, but died on arrival. The IML (Medical Institute of Law) was initiated because it was an accident at work.
