An Araquari family is looking for Fernanda Nogueira, who disappeared after cycling late on Monday (13) in a city north of Santa Catarina. She would leave her boyfriend’s house and grab two backpacks.
According to family members, Fernanda was diagnosed with mental illness as she was referred to Araquari’s UPA (Emergency Department) a few days before she disappeared.
“We reported this to the police at the same time as the escape,” family members said in a police report filed with the civilian police.
In addition to registering the incident with law enforcement agencies, the family also turns to the population for help. “Please, everyone who saw this, let us know. We are concerned. The family is in despair,” Fernanda’s mother-in-law wrote on social media.
According to the family description, Fernanda is a brunette with curly hair and is 1.67 meters tall. She was wearing black leggings and a dark shirt when she disappeared.
