Early this Sunday morning (26) a man died after overturning a car with five people in Trombudo Central, in the Itajai Valley. He drove through SC-112 and offered no resistance after being thrown through the windshield.
The military fire brigade team was called around 4:40 am to respond to the runway overrun incident. According to the corporation, the black Honda Civic was driven by a man who was already dead when the garrison arrived.
When firefighters arrived, two other men and a woman were outside the car. Among the wreckage of the car was another woman. The rescue team had to use hydraulic tools to remove him from the scene.
Three victims were taken to the emergency department of the Trombudo Central Hospital and the other to the Agrolandia Maternity Hospital. The state of health of passengers is not reported.
The General Institute of Expertise (IGP) was also involved in the incident.
