OUR former boxing champion Mike Tyson accused by a woman of raping her in a limousine in the early 1990s near New York City, according to a court document.

Tyson, considered one of the best heavyweights of all time, has already been sentenced to three years in prison for raping model Desiree Washington, who was 18 at the time of the events.

Thirty years later, a woman who requested anonymity to avoid Tyson’s “attacks from the media and fans” filed a “rape” lawsuit in Albany County civil court. She seeks damages in the amount of five million dollars.

The process was made possible by a New York State law passed in November that allows victims of sexual assault to file civil lawsuits within one year without fear of a statute of limitations.

According to a statement dated December 23, 2022, attached to the lawsuit, the plaintiff alleges that he met the boxer “in the early 1990s” at a nightclub and followed him to his limousine, where she was assaulted and raped.

Tyson has not yet commented on the situation.
