The shortage of personnel affects and worries the public security organs. The urgent need for more servers undermines the work of the civilian and military police. At the beginning of 2019, there were 174 civilian police officers in Carbone. This year the number has dropped to 138. There are 12 municipalities and 17 civil police units in the region, some of which do not have a delegate.

The figures were presented by Regional Delegate Vitor Bianco Junior in an interview with Rádio Cidade. According to him, at present the districts of Lauro Muller and Orleans remain without a delegate. An alarming situation is also developing in Urussang.
The police station serves three municipalities and needs at least two professional investigators. With the transfer of delegate Ulisses Gabriel to Chrysium, the komarka will become obsolete.
Crisium police station may lose a delegate
Crisium County 2nd Police Station is also in danger of being left without a delegate since the end of February. The cuts are happening statewide for two reasons: The government didn’t run a public tender while there were retirements, deaths, and some rehab requests.
Although the law provides for at least 5,594 police officers, this number currently corresponds to almost half of this number, i.e. a little over 3,000 police officers.
The issue has already been referred to the elected governor Jorginho Mello. It is expected that next year there will be a public tender to hire a thousand agents and a thousand clerks.
This, together with the anticipation of new names assigned by the government, gives hope that the shortage will be reduced from next year.
