This Saturday in Brazilian Dubai will be another great night (17). One Tower, the largest residential building in Latin America, located in Balneario Camboriu on the north coast, will be officially opened at a private party. However, citizens and tourists will be able to see a beautiful light show along with the high-altitude ballet.

The opening ceremony of the building will make One Tower officially recognized as the largest residential complex in Latin America. A resident-only solitary party will mark a significant milestone.

The light show will be able to be seen by all residents from different parts of the city, as it will take place in One Tower from 20:00. This Friday (16) there was already a trial light show, piqued the curiosity of those who filmed the scene.

One Tower has 84 floors, 70 of which are residential. There are two apartments on each floor, in addition to four floors with more than 20 seating areas.

The two lounge floors are on the 56th and 57th floors of the building, also home to the tallest lounge areas in America.

“The delivery of One Tower is an important milestone and celebrating this event with the city of Balneario Camboriu is a great achievement for all of us,” says Jean Graciola, President of FG.

Recently, the complex received a world certificate of the tallest residential building in Latin America. The brand is endorsed by CTBUH, the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, the international body for skyscrapers and sustainable urban design.

Anthony Wood, President of CTBUH, will also be in Balneario Camboriu this Saturday evening and present a certificate to the FG President.
